Dave McLimans, a longtime Chester County Democratic Party activist, has just passed away. East Goshen Dems send our condolences to his wife Stephanie, and his family. Shortly before his passing, he and Stephanie made powerful videos about their commitment to democracy, the Democratic Party, and the Harris/Walz ticket. All East Goshen Democrats are invited to our monthly meeting, Thursday, October 24 at 7:00 p.m. at the East Goshen Township Building. This will be our last meeting before the Nov. 5 Election.

If you haven’t been to the Fair yet, it’s continuing through Saturday, so come out to sample all the food and fun! Be sure to visit the Goshen Democrats booth and take the Constitution quiz. We’re on a mission to educate voters about our country’s founding document, because we believe an informed voter is a Democratic voter. Everyone who takes the quiz receives their own copy of the Constitution, plus a chance to enter a drawing for a US Capitol flag.
We’re also signing up volunteers to help with the fall campaign, plus we have literature and signs for the candidates. (No Harris for President signs yet.) We’re conveniently located next to the donut stand, and we look forward to seeing you!
